🔁 Return & Refund Policy
📦 1. Return Window
Customers can request a return within 3–5 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
- Size issues (if dimensions were clearly mentioned)
- Change of mind (optional – you can allow or not)
✅ 3. Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
👉 Note:
Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for any damage or defect claim.
💸 4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
🔄 5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect → a free replacement will be provided.
- Replacement delivery will take 5–7 business days.
🚚 6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, wrong product) → we cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason → customer bears the return shipping charges.
📩 7. Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will verify the request
- Pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be shared
- Once the product is received, refund/replacement will be processed
⚡ Important Notes
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
