Targeted 5 major high-density Indian metros—Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Jaipur—ensuring the ads reach users in JioMart’s primary serviceable regions.

- Prospecting: Used a 1% Lookalike (LAL) of existing JioMart customers to find new high-quality buyers.
- Interest & Behavior: Targeted “Engaged Shoppers” and users interested in “Online Groceries” and “Supermarkets.”
- Retargeting: Automatically re-engaged users who viewed products but didn’t purchase, recovering lost sales.
Catalogue & Creative Execution
The “JioMart Grocery & Essentials” catalogue was created in Commerce Manager, featuring high-demand FMCG products like Fortune Sunflower Oil and Aashirvaad Atta.
