The campaign was built under the Sales objective, specifically optimized for the Purchase conversion event. This ensures that Meta’s algorithm focuses on users most likely to complete a transaction rather than just browsing.

  • Dynamic Product Ads (DPA): Connected a live product catalogue to serve personalized ads based on individual user interests.
  • Pixel-Backed Optimization: Integrated Meta Pixel to track high-value actions like ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Initiate Checkout’.
  • Perfect Campaign Score: Achieved a 100/100 score in Meta Ads Manager by following all recommended best practices.
 

 
Precision Targeting & Audience Strategy 
 
Hyper-Local Reach 
Targeted 5 major high-density Indian metros—Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Jaipur—ensuring the ads reach users in JioMart’s primary serviceable regions.
 
Layered Audience Targeting 
  • Prospecting: Used a 1% Lookalike (LAL) of existing JioMart customers to find new high-quality buyers.
  • Interest & Behavior: Targeted “Engaged Shoppers” and users interested in “Online Groceries” and “Supermarkets.”
  • Retargeting: Automatically re-engaged users who viewed products but didn’t purchase, recovering lost sales.
 

 
Catalogue & Creative Execution 
The “JioMart Grocery & Essentials” catalogue was created in Commerce Manager, featuring high-demand FMCG products like Fortune Sunflower Oil and Aashirvaad Atta.
 
Advantage+ Creative Enhancements 
  • Collection & Carousel Formats: Dynamically selected the best format for each user to drive maximum engagement.
  • Price Overlays & Labels: Automatically added price tags and labels like “In stock” to increase transparency and trust.
  • Real-time Inventory Sync: Ads automatically pause for out-of-stock items, preventing wasted ad spend.
